Long-Term Stock Signals Today

This page tracks long-term stock signals active today — persistent bullish and bearish setups whose conditions have historically unfolded over several months rather than a single trading session. Long-horizon signals change state rarely, so a new entrant here is a more meaningful event than a new short-term trigger.

Snapshot 2026-07-25End-of-day dataMethodology v1.0Coverage 1,428 securities in this view

Long-Term Signals are broadly balanced today.

Bullish triggers make up 59% of directional signals here (net +493), a margin too narrow to read as a directional regime. Trend and Risk Regime triggers account for 100% of what is firing, so the activity is concentrated rather than broad-based.

Signal rankings are quantitative research outputs, not personalized recommendations. Values shown describe the current state of each trigger — an SMA spread is the gap between two moving averages, an RSI reading is the current oscillator level. They are not expected or historical returns. Past signal behaviour does not guarantee future performance.

Reading today's data

2,755 signals are active across 1,428 stocks, about 40% of every signal firing in this run.

ADPT (Adaptive Biotechnologies Corporation) tops the table with 4 triggers firing, led by Golden Cross Active (SMA spread 11.21%).

How long-term signals work

Long-horizon signals describe setups that have historically resolved over multiple months. They are the slowest-moving and least frequent triggers in the feed.

Because they change rarely, a new long-horizon signal is a more meaningful event than a new short-horizon one, and day-to-day churn on this page is expected to be low.

Every family appears here — the page is filtered by horizon, not by signal type.

How confidence is scored. Confidence combines the trigger's impact rating with a per-trigger adjustment reflecting how decisively its condition was met, producing a score on a 55–95 scale. Readings of 80 and above are treated as high, 65–79 as moderate, and below 65 as low. Confidence describes how cleanly a signal fired — it is not a probability of a positive return. Signals of the same type and strength legitimately land on the same value, which is why this page ranks first on how many triggers are firing per stock.

Limitations. Signals are computed from end-of-day data and describe conditions that are true as of the snapshot date shown above. They are probabilistic research analytics, not personalized investment advice, and no forward return is implied by any value on this page. See the AIQ Score methodology for how these triggers relate to the composite score.

Long-Term Signals — frequently asked questions

What is a long-term stock signal?

A trigger whose underlying condition has historically resolved over multiple months — typically long moving-average regimes such as golden and death crosses, and slow-moving risk-regime states.

How long can a long-term signal stay active?

Indefinitely, as long as the condition holds. A golden cross remains active for as long as the 50-day trend stays above the 200-day, which can be many months. The days-active column shows how many consecutive sessions each stock has held its signal.

Is a bullish long-term signal a buy recommendation?

No. It states that a structurally bullish condition is currently true. It says nothing about valuation, and long-horizon trend signals frequently confirm a move well after it has begun rather than before.

How often are long-term signals updated?

The page refreshes once per market day, but the underlying signals turn over slowly by design. Most sessions will show few entrants and exits, and that stability is the expected behaviour rather than a sign of stale data.

How is long-term signal confidence calculated?

Confidence combines the trigger's impact rating with a per-trigger adjustment based on how decisively the condition was met, producing a score on a 55-95 scale. It reflects how cleanly the signal fired — it is not a probability of a positive return.
